Incident Report Form - Volunteers must record all volunteering injuries, near misses, first aid use, property damage, child welfare risk. This helps us meet legal obligations and improve overall safety.

BTL Cargo Bike maintenance log - record issues and maintenance here. Also put an ‘out of order’ sign on the bike and report safety issues in Volunteers to make sure no one rides it until it is fixed.

Covid safety plan - If you are Covid-positive or not feeling well, don’t come to the library. Take your time until you feel well and are testing negative.
